Review on 🔊 Cavus Soundbar Bracket for Sonos Playbar - VESA Wall Mount Adapter - SNPBF by John Jones

I bought my first Sonos Gamepad Cavus Frame about 18 months ago. Everything went smoothly and was perfect for installing our game bar under the TV. Very happy with the purchase. This year we had another project that required a different soundbar mount. No problem, ordered another Cavus transition frame. Came broken in a box. The packaging was not damaged. After reading reviews from others who had recently received a defective item, I decided not to exchange the item and simply returned to Revain for a refund. First of all I love Revain and do a lot of business with them but I'm a little confused as to why I haven't received a full refund on an item that arrived broken and unusable in the box. The refund was $20 less than the purchase price. So I paid $20 for an opportunity to buy a broken product. Hmmmm, I will reconsider my purchase decision.
