Review on Naturium by Scott Lavimodiere

Unfortunately, my time spent shopping at the Naturium online store was nothing short of a monumental waste of time and energy. As an advanced user who has a keen appreciation for high-quality skin care products, I was disappointed to find that their website lacked both in terms of its design and its functioning. obtaining the information I required on their products was a difficult and time-consuming procedure. Navigating the site was a headache, and obtaining the information I wanted was aggravating. To make matters even worse, the products that I ordered arrived way outside of the claimed delivery window and were improperly wrapped, with some of them leaking and others being damaged in the process. My request for assistance from customer support was treated with an attitude that was both dismissive and uncaring, which left me with the impression that my problems were not taken seriously and were being ignored. The skin care and customer satisfaction claims made by Naturium are just not true, which is surprising coming from a firm with the reputation that Naturium has. I cannot in good conscience suggest this online company to anyone looking for high-quality skin care items and great customer service because neither of those things are offered by this retailer. It is a major letdown of truly epic proportions.
