Absolutely terrible product. This product charges the vacuum cleaner three times in total. When I first plugged in for a month, the vacuum cleaner wouldn't charge. I went ahead and tried another charger and it worked. I emailed customer service regarding their return/exchange policy and was told I would be charged $4.99 for a replacement! No thank you! I guess that's what I get when I buy cheap chargers. I'll go to Dyson and pay $40-$50 for a replacement and get a guarantee compared to $15-$20 here.
