The software was easy for us to setup as it's web-based portal allows anyone with basic computer skills to be able to use this product without much training or support needed from our side! We're using CT for 2 years now (since 2016) so far there isn't anything I dislike about their service but if you have any questions feel free reach out to customer care team via email - they are very helpful and quick at responding! They offer multiple different options depending upon your needs/business requirements such as multi location monitoring etc.. If you need an all inclusive solution that can help protect against both internal threats and external attacks then definitely consider Cybertraps services!! Protecting my business by allowing me access what ever where whenever I want.
