I've seen a lot of mixed reviews on this stuff and I think your mileage may vary depending on what you use/expect it for. That's the end, everything for rust removal ? Absolutely not, and I don't think it's meant to be. I have used this product to remove (excessive) amounts of rust from old arcade screws and other metal parts and I have been very impressed! I will say that you will have to be patient though. The product recommends soaking rusted parts for about 2-12 hours. Just ignore it, it's more like 8-16 hours depending on how bad the rust is. Again, it's probably not ideal for everyone, but you literally just toss your rusty stuff in a vat and come back the next day to basically clean the parts. I totally agree. I'll also note that my screws didn't rust at all after using it (after thorough washing and drying) unlike when using apple cider vinegar, so that's a big win here too. everything, I think the main benefit of this substance is that it's pretty safe (no I wouldn't drink it, and yes I still limit the amount that gets on my skin / will definitely wash with soap and water, after touching them, I don't care how safe they are). But compared to things like CLR and sea jelly, this stuff is very tame and if it gets in your eyes it won't kill you or do anything at all. Disposal is also child's play, just throw it down the drain and you're done. Love it. If you're looking for something that works very quickly, this probably isn't the product for you. If you need something that will work on rust that can't be soaked for long, this probably isn't for you. Other than that, I really recommend it and I can say that I've tried it and it definitely works. Be patient and follow the instructions! (I dare say that most user problems stem from not following the instructions).
