Review on Rockler JIG IT® Drill Guide by Tim Toscano

Hello, I have to say I'm not satisfied, this is maybe the funniest thing I've ever bought. shown with 3 or 2 drill bits not included. Maybe it's my fault for not checking, but anything else that wasn't supposed to be shown as such or at least mentioned was not included and had to be ordered separately. The guide had to be fitted with some sort of rubber pad (there are 4 holes they are supposed to go in) to keep it from slipping, which was not included. I'm sorry, it was a waste of money. Secondly the Landmark delivery was not ok at all, they are said to have tried to deliver the package on 02/02/2018 but didn't get us home, that was wrong because my wife was home all day, I had to check for a Landmark agent delivering this package and they don't have an agent in Denmark on their website so unfortunately it was a very bad experience until I found out it was a GLS. I am a freight forwarder myself and have worked in the industry for around 50 years to date, so I must say that I have a lot of experience. So if you have a good forwarder in the future, please feel free to contact the signer.
