I've ordered this many times from Chewy.com, Petco.com, and bought from Petco and Petsmart stores, as well as Revain.com and never had a problem until I shopped -3 here at Revain. I don't know if this is a manufacturing defect or if something is done directly in Revain. However, to my surprise, I was regularly sent Cat Calming Diffuser replacement cartridges in a MULTICAT Diffuser Refills product box, not Multicat replacement cartridges (if that makes sense). This has happened to the last 2 or 3 orders I've placed for Multicat Diffuser refills and I haven't taken the time to return them because I was out of refills when my orders arrived and my 3 cats were very aggressive became. with each other unless I have some sort of phenermone diffusers hooked up throughout my house (even after living under the same roof together for the last 9-10 years :-( So I saved the orders even though the wrong kind of diffuser was) put in the packaging of a product i really needed and ordered to try to keep the peace in my house between my 3 furry babies from all over my house and they definitely need a multicat i went to the local one Petco company and bought 6 replacement cartridges so if I decide to give it another chance to order from Revain and then it arrives again with the wrong item in the product packaging I won't be down the creek without a paddle as I have the last time I was with a household of angry kittens.
