These fan grills are better than I expected and look better in person than in the pictures. The fit and finish are very nice. I like that they are anodized and not painted. This makes the black finish much more durable. I didn't use the screws that came with it, but they're good quality too and will come in handy for something else. I've used them to modify official Raspberry Pi cases while using the official Raspberry Pi PoE hat. I wanted the fan on the PoE HAT to pull air into the case and not just recirculate the same air that entered the case. The temperature dropped from 45 degrees Celsius to 30 degrees Celsius.
