Review on ⏰ Youngtown 12888 Snap-in Type Continuous Sweep Quartz Clock Movement with 4.5mm Hour Shaft Length and 8mm Total Shaft Length (A Hands) by Saber Spencer

This was an inexpensive replacement mechanism for a no longer available Chessie 11" wall clock which my wife wanted to keep. The original move was another seemingly inexpensive push-hand move that has worked well (so fingers crossed) for over 20 years. I had to bend the minute and second hands up a bit to get all the hands touching, but this is easy and impossible to tell. I was hoping the old hands would work with the new movement but they didn't have a metal bushing and unfortunately they were too loose. The simplest of the three arrow sets that come with it looks good. It was nice to have the choice between hand and second hand for this price.
