Review on ๐Ÿ”ง Marine Tex Might Repair Kit: 2 Ounce, Gray - Ultimate Solution for Marine Fixes by Dan Cramer

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Today I bought my second set

The first one was 14 months ago for 8 overhaul scratches on jetski body, after 14 months it's holding up quite well, bear in mind this is underwater use, later i used it on a GRP boat hull, underwater again. I am happy with this underwater application but I have found that you need to prepare the area really well, make sure it is sanded clean and dry before applying and it takes 3 days to cure - board has been used every other day and the material was coming off but I still give it 5 stars because the results are amazing when done right! If you're willing to wait a week it's fully cured and it can cost anything ah that's great cuz you're t from 2 oz I have about 10 different uses today I used the rest to make granite Gluing countertops to kitchen cabinets! The material is easy to use, reuse and store, very good packaging in a nice little box. I hate blister packs that can't be reused and two syringes that get lost in a bin. This box can remain on the shelf. A few tips: easy to clean after 20 minutes with a damp cloth, after 20 minutes it is already hard, but can be removed with a blade. If it looks dark glossy gray, don't use it yet, even if it feels hard, wait until it's dull, light gray, or after a few days, even then it's still not textural. Caution: When you mix it, the chemical vapors will come out due to what appears to be an exothermic reaction, the vapors are not suitable for inhalation according to the packaging as they are carcinogenic irritants. In fact, couples keep coming out for 20 minutes or more.

Pros
  • Manufactured to the highest standards to withstand the rigors of marine and industrial environments and solve many home, car and hobby problems
Cons
  • I vaguely remember
