This product needs revision unless you like drinking warm water. Here is my experience. I filled the teapot with chopped strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and blackberries. I filled the product with cold water from the ice dispenser in the fridge. I knew that I had to pour the water in front of the ice first so that the infusion would fit after filling with fruit. Now remember that it's August. My air conditioner in my house is set to 74 degrees, I live in Virginia, it's humid here. My water was warm for 30 minutes. I'm not a fan of drinking warm water in hot and muggy weather. After adding crushed ice to the product, it was difficult to place around the infuser. I managed to fill the product halfway with ice. After drinking the flavored (fruit) water, I hand washed the product and placed it in a donation box. This product is not for me. I'm looking for a product that can be filled with fruit and will keep the water cold without all the fruit floating in the tumbler. Someone out there will eventually develop this product. My search continues.
