This Te-Rich Sunrise Alarm Light wakes me up slowly, unhurriedly and without mania, beginning with the sunrise and pleasant sounds of nature, my favorite being birdsong. There is so much versatility with this alarm clock. I like the three brightness modes. I like a very dark room when I'm sleeping, so that's important to me. Two alarms are good; one for weekends, one for weekdays OR one each for two different people. I like that it comes with a power adapter and power cord. Night light colors are great if you want to use them. There are many possible variations so some learning is required but well worth it and a helpful instruction manual is included. A fun and relaxing way to wake up.
