Very smart and really works. The magnets can be used on your own jigs, but some sort of quarter turn quick release circuit needs to be added to quickly pull out the magnets to use in another jig. Unscrewing them is not convenient. Of course they could sell more magnets that way. You also need to give the magnets a high friction surface as they tend to slide sideways a bit when locked. They hold tight but can slip. The plastic parts appear high quality, but not as high quality as the switchable magnets themselves. I will definitely be buying more products from this line. It is well built and has a high utility value.
