Arrived nicely packaged. This scan tool is very well made and nice and compact. It looks and feels solid. This scanner is a mid level to professional grade tool with lots of features. It has everything you need to diagnose a vehicle and more. The bidirectional controls have worked for me in multiple different vehicle makes and models. I use this tool daily. The refresh rate is good and the touch screen works well overall. In my opinion this is a great tool for the price compared to other more expensive ones I have purchased before.
