The struts are too long to fit the shocks, struts and suspension

The strut was about 1 inch longer than stock. With the hood open to limit travel, the strut had to be compressed about 1/2 inch to get to the remaining strut. It was possible, but very difficult if you put it to use. It is not necessary. The locking clips are also made of thin metal and not spring steel.
