I'm having trouble snapping bottom. The top part hung slightly on the motor mount, but the clips on the bottom didn't snap into place. I was afraid that if I pressed too hard on the mirror and shattered it, or worse, shattered the motor mount, which would cost the repair bill a lot more. As it turns out, I tried a few things that helped. I took a small amount of petroleum jelly and applied it to the top of the plastic clips on the back of the mirror so that they snapped easily when touching the clips on the motor mount. Another tip worth repeating, which also worked for me, is to cover the mirror with a small towel while you press down on the underside; and make sure you press with your thumbs closer to the center of the bottom of the mirror. It appears to be securely attached. If it doesn't last I'll change my rating later. For now though, I'm very happy and have saved enough money to buy myself a nice dinner.
