Why does it require a storage solution but this solution isn't included?

The probe was first dried with a small amount of dried solution around the cap. I haven't fully tested it yet, but I don't have a way to save it since I didn't order a storage solution. If it came with a small bottle of solution I'd be fine giving a better rating. Competitors appear to be incorporating this for their similar probes. Now I have to spend another $20 to get a solution, although initially I could only use Apera for the same price.
