Light Tools - Power & Hand Tools

Okay, this is both a good tool and a bad tool depending on expectations/use. I bought this to make a bed for my 1997 Ford Ranger. There are 6 T-55 screws holding the bed. Since this is a one off job I wanted to buy an expensive 1/2" impact drill. Having been soaking screws in kroil oil for a few days I decided to try this inexpensive piece. The beat came within two days (Prime). Chrome doesn't seem to affect the finish, but I knew that. I used a 3/8" to 1/2" impact wrench adapter. The bolts came out. HAPPY TOURIST!. So, as I said, the tool worked as is I expected it. BUT the bit also showed signs of warping (very little stretch between the actual bit and the female connection) which isn't great if I was expecting to use this bit again/heavily.This is for light ones only Applications ok! I suppose I'd be cunning if I didn't cut it. Conclusion: A wonderful lightweight tool or one time heavy use on the wing and prayer The right tool for the job and so on! Oh I have still a bat that might come in handy one day, and I've got plenty of boiled oil left.
