Review on π¨ Scribbles 1oz 3D Fabric Paint β Glossy Black by Michelle Langley
Really not 3D or clumsy.
It's not actually a powder paint or 3D paint, it lays flat on fabric, paper and other surfaces I've tested it on. It's a gorgeous off-white color that I love, which is why it gets two stars, but it definitely doesn't serve its intended purpose as a puff color.
