Review on Achva by Jimmy Garcia

I was eager to check out Achva's web shop because I enjoy eating high-quality treats. My joy, however, was short-lived, as the subpar quality of the treats I received soon dampened my enthusiasm. I couldn't wait to sample Achva's halva after hearing so many positive reviews. The halva I was given, however, was old and tasted nothing like the rich, buttery confection I had anticipated. The chocolate and candies were also underwhelming, leaving me desiring more from their flavor. The lack of responsiveness and ineffectiveness of customer service only made things worse. I contacted them several times with questions about my order but got no answer. Frustration and difficulty were compounded by the absence of communication. Overall, I was disappointed with Achva and would not suggest it to others. There are other places out there that offer superior snacks and sweets in terms of both flavor and customer service.
