Excellent quality, absolutely not expected for such a price.
Since Intel has combined all i5 CPUs into a single category, I will clarify that we are discussing the Intel Core i5 7400, which is a decent option for both a workhorse and a budget gaming PC.
Pros
- -cold (50 degrees for the stress test on the CPU) Modern games and many other programs run smoothly thanks to the built-in video core, which converts to h264 more quickly than, for instance, the 1050ti. When necessary, the frequency increases to 3.5. You might not believe me, but in the penultimate BIOS update, the frequency increased to 3.8 GHz, which is greater than the manufacturer's advertised boost. This might have been an error, but an AI suite showed this number.
Cons
- You may undoubtedly find fault with 2022–17 because there aren't enough cores and threads. I won't, but Intel did nothing.
