While this does technically have 20 hooks the second row on the righthand side are placed so low as to be unusable, presumably because the lock is in the way. It would have been better to make that row a bit shorter with a couple less hooks and put it at the same height as the row on the left, at least then it could have been used.It's also not white, it's ugly greyish beige colour, which is annoying as I deliberately ordered a 'white' box rather than the usual black as it is to be hung on a white wood panelled wall and I wanted it to blend in.This ugly thing stands out like a sore thumb and I will have to buy spray paint to make it the white colour it should have been.The box seems sturdy enough for a small key box, the hooks are pretty small so better for individual keys.The lock comes with 2 keys, not ideal for a 3 person household but totally my fault that I thought I ordered the combination lock version.They do give you wall plugs and some flimsy looking screws for installation but I you would probably want to use something a bit sturdier.Will do for now as it was bought more as a key organiser than a security device, for the keys to the 6 ! exterior doors at my new house. Yes someone built a house and felt it needed 6 exterior doors and I now need somewhere to keep them organised until we can swap them all out for number pad locks.This does the job it's just not quite as advertised.
