I like that there are multiple ways to log in for customers and staff, this is helpful so we can get a real time look at everything happening rather than having to keep track of 2 places to view things in two different manners. That can be a struggle sometimes. Sometimes it's slow to load or takes awhile to get into the system. Not much but the menus feel out dated in comparison with other programs. It's just what you make of it, if you want to take advantage of the ability to see many channels from one place then it should work well for you! There isn't anything I dislike about apicbase as it has served me well. We are able to manage our store without doing double work. The information on the app gives us all the details on each guest. This allows us to quickly respond to any issues which helps our repeat guests. The best thing about this software is that it helps me to manage my restaurant business in easy way, with its online payment system integration which makes daily transactions very simple and faster than any other platforms out there. I dislike most of the features like reports are not available so far and also some options can be made easier or user friendly as well. This software has helped us to save lot time by managing our restaurants in one place and keeping all information at one place.
