To be honest, there is not much to say about this. Bought it despite the many negative reviews. Easy to install, worked right from the start. You had to press the lock button twice to lock the lock enough to prevent it from being forced open. The drive lever dangles and rattles all the time, and one day it just stopped working. Lever sticky, solenoid just won't turn on. I love the idea behind this product but unfortunately the execution leaves a lot to be desired. We purchased this product on January 22, 2021 and declined on March 10, 2021.
