The strap looks nice. Adjustment by removing links is easy with the tool provided. Installing the quick release pins in the watch is also quite easy. Although a little dangerous. (See below) I would advise using a well-lit area to remove the links if you need to adjust the length. Especially black. Small pinheads are difficult to see and fit into the tool without proper lighting. I also ordered a silver stainless steel bracelet. I think that will be less of a problem.
