Perfume evaporates well for bags and suitcases
I tested it to see if it leaks, didn't seem to have leaked. Then, after filling the bottle to the brim and using it sparingly, all of the contents evaporated within a few months - I definitely couldn't use all of the contents in that time. It worked fine initially, but something about it will waste your cologne/perfume.
