A cheap fix to keep the mat in place.
Seems to be working fine. The instructions are not very good. First you need to insert the slightly longer of the two protruding pieces of plastic into the hole in the bottom to get it working. I didn't notice the difference in length until I looked closely. I would have thought Toyota would have fitted them for free during one of the many times they have sent a car in for repairs. This is clearly a design flaw.
