After reading all the reviews and comparing other brands I decided on this one. I'm 5ft 7in and about 195lbs. I ordered both sizes xl-xxl and it was perfect. It held it in all the right places and even made my booty look great. Tightening has been known to tear, and I was good at pulling on the sides and legs. The straps were fine, no digging. I didn't feel like pulling or tugging on it all night and it even had a pee hole.
