Pretty appearance and good performance
Sometimes muffins stick to the bottom and don't brown. It may pick up the smell of silicone and/or the taste of recently used dishwashing liquid if left behind. However, it's super cute! It also prevents burning. The colder your cupcakes are, the easier they will be to take out. I haven't tried brownies yet. Happy baking! π
