Just received today and we love it! It's much nicer and sturdier than I expected. I have a very tall king bed and it works great - it's within 3 inches of the top. We have dogs ranging in size from 8 to 128 pounds. The dogs are just curious about her at the moment and only 1 dog (8lb Pom) has attempted to use her. With the whole family trying steps (130-170lbs) I can say with confidence that they can easily hold a very large dog without moving! They have nice, non-slip, thin carpet on each step, but I think I can put a small piece of carpet on top to give the dogs a softer, more secure footing. These steps were exactly what I had hoped for. Now it will be great to get the dogs to use them every night!
