Since everyone has been complaining about hardware being too long, I'll get to the "everything else about the product is good" part. I made the electrical connection carelessly and ended up bending 2 pins. you are skinny Be careful here. I thought the mirror was broken until I unplugged it and looked in with a flashlight and reading glasses. After gently bending them, the driver's side controls worked. That was a relief as I didn't want to go through the hassle of sending it back. The packaging is very good unless you hate foam. I kept the old frame in case I come across something else and the mirror survives. (What's happened). If they send bolts the correct length I would give that 5 stars.
