I've always been skeptical about adjustable skates but my child has wide feet and lace skates don't fit. They are very comfortable, durable and adjustable. We were on the border between two sizes and I ordered the larger size. They go perfectly with two pairs of socks. Definitely go taller if you're on the borderline, especially considering how children's feet grow. I think they will last a few years. They are much stronger than I expected. The fabric parts are really thick and I expected them to be thinner, like tennis shoes. Even though they're marketed for both indoor and outdoor use, I think the wheels are better suited for outdoor use, especially given the supportive nature of the boot. The color and the glowing wheels are also very cute.
