This is an official Garmin silicone case and although it's more expensive than aftermarket brands I prefer the Garmin version better because it fits perfectly. The non-genuine cases I tried first (and returned soon after) fit well but the silicone material doesn't seem that durable and all 3 non-genuine cases I've tried are chunky and add a touch of fluff to my Edge 830 Thickness The Garmin version here appears to be made from a much more durable type of silicone (it's not too soft like the aftermarket ones), it's slicker but still contains enough material to protect the device.
