Does not meet my expectations, it was not worth buying.

When it comes to cleaning, my wife is not a big fan of how the trigger has to be held down constantly because there is no lock on it like there would be on a drill, for example. You will eventually get used to it, and in the meantime, it will save some battery power. I do not consider the price to be a disadvantage because any high-tech item can be quite pricey; nonetheless, I believe that for such a price there would still be some quality. Some pros: It is extremely cool as a vacuum cleaner because it is simple and quick to clean, it can handle any debris, it comes with a set of brushes that can be used for any occasion, and one charge is sufficient for a three-room flat. Below are some downsides: Since December 29, 2022, the customer support center has received the following three calls: When the casing containing the screen was replaced for the very first time, the vacuum cleaner did not come on, but an indication showed that it was charging. The second incident occurred 18 days after the first one: the vacuum cleaner turned on but then immediately turned off; then, after a couple of days, it began functioning regularly; finally, it switched on again but then immediately turned off; and finally, it turned on again but then turned off once more. Most importantly, the master found the vacuum cleaner already turned on and operating normally when he arrived. We captured the malfunction on camera, but they did not take any action in response; instead, they instructed us to get in touch with them if it became clear that something was wrong. The third incident occurred a week after the second; the vacuum cleaner simply stopped turning on, and this time the charge indicator did not light up either. The problem was resolved by replacing the battery. I called the customer service hotline with a question about a replacement, and the operator of the hotline apparently told me to put the vacuum cleaner in a box, we agreed to call a courier, and the courier took the box. After five days, I received a call from the service department saying that they had changed the battery for me and were ready to bring the vacuum cleaner back; however, the operator of the hotline had told me to put the vacuum cleaner in a box. The customer service line did not record a request to replace the vacuum cleaner, and they stated in the service ticket that your vacuum cleaner is already operational, therefore there is no cause to replace it at this time. Because of this, the vacuum cleaner was unable to be used for a total of one month for a period of time that was less than three months. The only piece of positive information is that masters and couriers are provided free of charge as part of the guarantee; however, the resolution of each appeal takes approximately 2-3 days from the moment the call is made until the moment the master / courier appears - and this is Hong Kong; however, I have no idea how anyone could possibly live with this vacuum cleaner in areas outside of Hong Kong or after the warranty has expired. We are keeping our fingers crossed that following the next malfunction, the unit will be replaced for us. In the meantime, we are waiting.
