Review on Sony CDPCX455 MegaStorage Discontinued Manufacturer by Monique Larsen

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Makes listening to music easier.

This is the first CD changer we have bought. Doesn't matter! We don't have to constantly switch discs and can quickly jump to any disc we need without having to sift through a stack of CDs. My partner has his favorite CDs under his "artistic" name and I have mine under my own name. We can then play our set continuously or randomly at any time. We have 198 more "artistic" slots into which we can program any number of discs. If you have a combination of CD albums and individual tracks, you can program up to 32 of them in one program. There are three software slots. Entering data was tedious, but it was easier using the keyboard, but once it's done, you can relax and enjoy the music. We have compiled a list of all our CDs for reference. We have also divided the CDs into different categories and left some blank spaces in each category so that we can add more CDs in the future. I called Sony customer service twice on a Saturday afternoon and got through each time with no problems. You have to go through this very "real" sounding voice recognition engine first, but then you can talk to someone, and they really helped me with some of the features I wasn't using. We've been using this wonderful gadget for about two months now and haven't had a single scratch on our CDs. We are very happy with this product!
