The cutting boards are nice, but the yellow one has stains after cutting vanilla beans, so don't cut dark foods on it or cut foods that might stain. The back of the cutting boards has texture that keeps them in place. That works well enough. It's good to have separate cutting boards for meat and vegetables. The flexing ability shows that this isn't a weak cutting board, but it's not strong enough to support anything but light objects. Bigger boards could probably handle more weight. I give my cutting boards a C+.
