Tightened this as tight as it could possibly go and was able to get it on my two month old kitten to get him used to wearing it. He filled it out a bit more, enough to feel like he wouldn’t slip out, when he was closer to three months. He seems super comfortable in it — we sometimes keep him in it all day when traveling or hanging out outside and he doesn’t seem bothered by it at all. He wears this with his collar/ID tag as well and both fit.Prior to getting this I tried a harness for guinea pigs and that was a waste of money — the neck on the harness was uncomfortable on the kittens neck and he would just plop over Bc it bothered to keep his head up. When I threw this harness on him, he immediately stood up and started prancing around the house in it. Thinking he might outgrow the body strap part of the harness when he hits 9-10 months (he still has a lot of wiggle room in the neck).
