I love that they keep my account up to date with any changes from our customers or website updates, so it makes managing an active campaign much easier! Occasionally there is nothing for me available when requesting quotes; however this does not seem abnormal given such high user activity per day/week across Australia - perhaps more competition amongst clients than we have seen recently? We now send out monthly reports of where people click &; what products interest them most (which helps us prioritise future campaigns), as opposed b&uumlg tester results only every three months etc The tool is easy to use, the admin interface is very intuitive and the support from the team is outstanding. We have used the tool for several years now and I believe that it has become even better in the last years. I have not any complaints. The application is very well integrated with our Salesforce platform. It is a very easy tool to use and deploy content in a very short time. It is a great tool to create landing pages, content, forms and surveys.
