A nifty little device for measuring the amount of carbon dioxide in the air. External values are 400 ppm. You start with an outside air calibration. Each time you turn on the meter, it starts at 550 and then stops at your reading for a few minutes. Carbon dioxide is produced by humans, pets, and combustion such as a gas stove. The fewer creatures and the more air exchange with the outside world, the closer one gets to 400. On a recent flight I recorded values of 1800-1950 at fairly full gear flight. This dropped to about 1200 when we took off with the air conditioning on. My bedroom is about 650-800, while I sleep it drops to 200 when the window is open or the AC is on. The temperature is pretty accurate, except for the charging time. The heat from the battery to be charged increases the displayed temperature. The moisture percentage is pretty accurate
