Review on TrackStar Skills Tracker by David Silva

The best part is that it helps me track all my employees skills in an organized fashion with easy to access reports. We can easily create various types of surveys and use them very effectively. It's also helpful if you want your team members to complete their tasks by making tracking workflows available as well which makes things easier than ever before!! Nothing so far I found any dislikes about this product but yes there are some minor issues regarding customization options like I feel we should be able add our own labels instead of using predefined ones or at least have option to customize those. This software has helped us solve several problems related to skill management within organization including proper identification and documentation of employee skills, providing training needs analysis etc., I love that the system is so user friendly and intuitive to all levels of users. It's also very customizable which allows you to get exactly what you need out of it. At first we had some issues with the database syncing up correctly between the desktop version and mobile app versions. Once this was resolved everything has been great. We have been able to track our employee skills in one place as well as create custom reports for different departments.
