Chevrolet/GMC window regulators, waste of money, buy elsewhere.

I installed this window regulator on my 1996 GMC Yukon and it was the driver's side window regulator.1. Windows poorly processed.2. Not with rivets for installation part.3. Only took long enough to get past the Revain return window so that was a loss for me. I liked this part at first as the window went up and down a little faster than the original OEM adjuster, but soon found that it started making noise. Since the window goes up and down, eventually causing the device to crash and the window to fall down when driving on the freeway, of course this happens on a rainy day so I could get wet on the way home from there was. I ended up going to Napa and buying another regulator. I spent more money but the Napa part seemed better made and came with hardware to install the ESC. Please don't waste your money like I did in this part; get something different and better quality. Or, like me, you can regret it and end up soaked to the skin by the time you get a replacement regulator part. What happened; is that the rubber has come loose from the roller mechanism and the roller has moved out of the channel to allow the window to rise and fall. That's why the window went down. The conclusion is that bad material was used in the manufacture of the part.**** The part in question is in the lower left corner of the image; You can see that the rubber on the roller has come loose and is not smooth.
