The support team is very responsive, they are always available for issues or questions you may have. They also manage all of our backups! I don't think there's anything that i've found to dislike about their service so far. We use apixis because we trust them with protecting our data. They offer great customer support which makes us feel comfortable using their product. Their backup solution meets most companies needs as well. Our clients' businesses range from small business up to large enterprise level organizations.
