I bought these on the recommendation of my podiatrist to relieve the pain of plantar fasciitis. I bought my normal size and my only complaint is that the toe post was a bit tight when I first wore it. However, that didn't stop me from wearing them for as long as I could get away with it. The high arch matched my high arch perfectly! The first time I tried them on my leg, the pain went away immediately. I stretched, iced and took NSAIDs for over a month and when I put them on I felt no pain at all for the first time in months. I am planning to get another pair soon, hopefully the brown pair will be my size soon. If you have PF pain they are totally worth the money.
