For the last 6 months I have been carrying vacuums on roof tops, mostly commercial and I have had no problems with the sensor. I like the 2 layers of filter material that protect the sensor. The batteries lasted all summer, averaging about 6 hours a week. I haven't always used Bluetooth, but the app has a nice "record" feature that's handy for confirming the vacuum cushioning test run. The range was about 50 feet or so. It should be noted that the reading jumps by about 20 micrometers when the Bluetooth function is switched on. (Jumped from 250 to 271 yesterday). All in all a good tool. The slight difference in reading with the radio on/off doesn't really affect what I do.
