I like that it allows for quick response time of officer safety issues as well as any other concerns we may have about our department's policies or procedures. The ability to quickly submit an incident report without having to wait days has been invaluable when responding to calls where there are not enough resources to take care of all the requests at once! It would be nice if you could save your work so that information submitted can still show up even after leaving their site. Also sometimes they will lock out my screen which makes me unable to access some areas unless i'm able to solve this issue before logging off. We've used mark 43 several times now and each experience was better than last. They were great in helping us set things up right away and made sure everyone who joined knew how everything worked and what benefits it had over paper files.
