So far RMS has helped us digitize our records and provide better service

The ease of use once you get used it makes sense, it's very clean looking as well which helps your department look professional at all times when utilizing this software! It can be hard for some departments that don't have much experience using rms systems but they are out there now so everyone should learn how easy or difficult things may seem initially. We've been able to eliminate paper files by sending digital ones back through mspublisher.org instead; however we haven't noticed any other…

  • It's a new software so there's still a new look to it and new things to learn

Great product with excellent customer service

I like that it allows for quick response time of officer safety issues as well as any other concerns we may have about our department's policies or procedures. The ability to quickly submit an incident report without having to wait days has been invaluable when responding to calls where there are not enough resources to take care of all the requests at once! It would be nice if you could save your work so that information submitted can still show up even after leaving their site. Also sometimes
