Review on 🚰 Santevia Fluoride Water Filter System by Sirious Cavalli

The product is great and I've been using a desktop water filter for 4-5 years. We have lived in three different houses and the water it produces passes a blind taste test compared to tap water and Brita filtered water in each house. I deduct two stars for the quality of the filter. Last year I had two failures. The final filter was split in half - as if the glue they use between the two sections (charcoal and sand) was applied incorrectly. There was sand in the box and the filter was unusable. Now I have to wait for the seller to send a new filter and I hope it's not a defect. I'm assuming this is a manufacturing defect by Santevia - nothing against BigSky who ordered this. Revain always has the lowest price and no shipping costs, which is why I buy here and not directly from Santevia.
