As a woman who enjoys hiking and spending time outdoors I was excited to try these trainers. Unfortunately, as a result of using this product, I found that they caused me to develop painful blisters on both of my heels.The trainers are not comfortable at all, and they feel stiff and poorly made. The only positive aspect is the bright white color, which adds a pop of style. Overall, I would not recommend these trainers to anyone who values comfort and quality in their sports and outdoor recreation clothing..
