QUALITY CONTROL? on the eyes
I bought several mascaras at the same time, so the return window was closed when I had to open a new one. I was excited to try the new mascara but as you can see from the photos it didn't have a ring on the neck of the container to remove excess mascara from the stick so the stick is full of beads. I may try again and leave a follow up review if I do.
