Highly recommend this mount! Although relatively easy to install, I have very thin walls in my apartment that don't hold up nails and screws very well. I gave it 4 stars for "easy to install" because I had to remove the hardware and drive the screws all the way into the little pins to attach it to the bracket before using a hammer to finish the job . Everything took no more than 5 minutes. After that he doesn't give in anymore and holds my Mini tight. I suggest plugging it in after threading the cable through the small hole at the bottom of the bracket before it snaps into place. Overall, this mount is the strongest of the 3 or 4 I've had. My Mini just "floats" on the wall and the bracket is almost invisible, only the cable hangs down. The device is now much more responsive to voice commands when not being muffled on my desk or being knocked over by my curious cat! Child. (Or at least she hasn't gotten used to it yet. She's more interested in the boxes from her last move!) This mount has also greatly improved the sound quality of the speaker and actually fills 60% of my entire apartment. Volume. Because the clip is behind the fabric part, accessing the physical controls/buttons is very easy and touching for volume is completely unhindered. The mount stays completely out of the way while still securing the device to the wall. As with any wall mount that has the power cord at the bottom, make sure you flip the LEDs and volume controls in the Google Home app or your flashing lights will be delayed. Just go to your device settings and the option is at the bottom under reverse device management. Very affordable little solution, it's exactly what I was looking for!
